Welfare Rights Centre (SA) Inc is an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 (SA).

Governance is invested in a Board of Management comprising five elected members, one staff representative and up to three members co-opted for their specific skills.

The Board of Management meets monthly, is required to meet at least nine times each year and holds an Annual General Meeting once a year.
