The South Australian Welfare Rights Centre is completely independent of Centrelink and other government departments. Anything you tell us will be held in strict confidence. We will not share any of the information you provide without receiving your approval.

You can help us help you by:

  • having all of your relevant documents handy by the phone (for example Authorised Review Officer letters).
  • having your customer reference number (CRN) handy
  • having any notes you have made about conversations you have had with Centrelink staff including who you spoke to, when you spoke and what you were told
  • being patient with our staff while we try to understand your issues
